Got my exercise in even though I thought it was a lost day. Early evening workout outside. Was going to have to say no to calories and exercise until I got that workout in. Glad I made it happen

I had a perfect week diet and exercise wise until Wednesday when I binged on sugar. Had an okay day Thursday and binged again yesterday. I'm not sure what's wrong but I can't seem to get into the groove I was in back in the fall and I'm feeling really down.5 -

OK I was skiing everyday, either downhill or cross country (even went snow shoeing one day) but way too much snacking and poor food choices.
I've used crazy glue to fix my fitbit and will try to join the walking group.

Jan. 19
I met and supassed one of my January goals. My goals was to be able to do one regular pushup. I couldn't do any at the start of the month. Today I just did two. All I have been doing is just 10 knee pushups every day and its working.
Exercise and Calories in check today.
Legs and Abs at the gym. Ran 3K, Walked 50 minutes
Smoothie, Large salad with black bean burger, Fake chickn Sandwhich and baked potato for diner.

I remember when I graduated from assisted pushups to regular ones. It felt really really good. I’m struggling with pull-ups right now. I can get about 4 inches then nothing moves. That’s one of my long term fitness goals. When I started I couldn’t even hang on the bar without pain. So the improvement is there!

I'm really late, I know. Summer holidays here with my kids. Super busy and I don't even know what day of the week it is. They go back to school in the first week of February and it will be so much easier to stay on task and keep on track.
