Weigh-in;
I was supposed to weigh in yesterday & wish I had. Not sure if it would have made a big difference, but had a LOT of salty food yesterday.
Last week- 210.8
Today- 212.1
I have to try to figure out a plan to take time out for myself. I have been working extremely long hours & have not been exercising when I get home. I need to get motivated and get back on the treadmill. It seems to be the only way I can lose weight. More so, I do feel better and have more energy when active. 🙁3 -

Thanks HASWLRS for all your great work with our team, and ABO215 for covering this week4 -

I am with you on this. My biggest frustration. Seems I can eat perfectly 7 days a week and the best I will do is break even on the scale. It’s like I need a minimum of 3-4 hrs working out to lose weight.

Yup. Like I said awhile ago, working it is just a mandatory part of my life now. Luckily I don’t hate working out!3 -

I'm with you. I stayed the same weight since Dec 10th until Jan 22 and I workout a minimum 2 hours notincluding walking or steps. If i added those in there it would easily 5 hours. I know it is difficult but push through because once you get a whoosh, you will get a whoooosh. I went down 2.2 pounds over night, nothing changed, my body just finally caught up. Also are you taking measurments? It will for sure show a steady loss, even if the scale doesn't...Also a lot of people have spoke highly of taking pictures. You don't need to show anyone or post those pics, but if you get up the courage to take a photo of yourself a couple of times a week, i guarantee you will see a difference. Muscle does weigh more than fat and the scale can be deceiving.2 -

Yesterday was my 9th anniversary with my hubby so I decided to give the scale (food one) a break and just enjoy myself. I did eat a lot of food but not as much rice as I would have usually and I did eat a lot of veggies.

Weigh-in Day
Alright, alright, alright!
So last week’s weigh was a disappointing 169.5. This week I stepped on the scale to see 165.9!! Feeling much less bloated and heavy.
Ive not been tracking but I’ve been focusing a lot on veggies this past week and trying to eat better. Although I’ve still been eating chocolate and other things in between meals, my meals have pretty much been on point. Hope to get back to tracking soon!!7 -
