I was only out 100 cals. Exercise has been on the lower end since this crazy snow started.

We just got almost 9 inches and are headed for crazy low wind chills here. I counted my shoveling as exercise.
I did shovel once but it didn't matter to my over all overage, but yesterday's definitley helped me out. 1 hour of shoveling, absolutley insane... had to stop because there was literally no more space on my property to continue shoveling the snow on too. The snow hills are taller then me1 -

Couldn’t eat my dinner at home tonight. Septic tank totally failed and we had to pack up and take the kids to the grandparents house. It’s going to be challenging eating healthy and under calories until this is fixed.1 -
