I second the encouragement to focus not on appetite suppressants but on sleep, exercise, food, and moderation and mindful methods. Having no appetite is not a bed of roses.

Has anyone had good luck customizing the ticker or other apps- on MFP or otherwise to track weight maintenance or gain-or other apps without or outside of MFP? tips appreciated.

To this, starting very early in morning has helped me as well, with an additional snack directly before I get ready for bed. It is reverse of standard logic, but two additional snacks are helpful. Focus is on meal times and grazing.
