I have always had insecurities all my life to be honest right when I could not take off my shirt ever due to the way my body was...or still is. There is no way I have overcome it even untill now completely. The only thing that has helped me is knowing that there is never going to be a day that I may be able to call my bodyβ¦

I haven't found a way yet for it that consistently works. But usually I spend time alone when I am stressed and I kind of talk to my mind remindimg it all the challenging situations I dealt with and overcome in life until now and reminding myself as long as I breath there isn't anything I can't handle

In my case it was not believing in myself that I can do it and secondly not having a real goal and hunger to achieve it.

I would say it's energy levels and discipline. Unless you have some goal , doubt you will feel to get back to it. Make so e goals even small ones and that may help you get back

I would say I have more than once for today @r3d_butt3rfly_ @MelG7777 @theresa120 @PopRox90 Some of them I came across only through forums and some are my friends . The common traits that attracted are that they are kind , respectful, humble , beautiful , bold.

Usually I rely on MFP to calculating the calories I need to take based on my weight loss goal and plan diet accordingly. You can do it . Stay strong πͺ

Insave my calories for night. And during evening or nights , when mind is not busy or I am low on energy these cravings kick in. What I usually keep is some flavoured low fat Greek yogurt and try to divert my mind bynfrinking water or reading to conversing with someone or just taking deep breath . At times I give up and Iβ¦

Honestly I would say it differs for everyone. Give it a try and see . I personally never felt it pumped me up but at the same time it has been tried by many people and been recommended.

Usually never let myself to a point where I am a hungry beast . And when cravings kick in , try to talk to my mind at divert it. It's trial and error
