    I called someone today who hurt me deeply. I put my hurt aside and reached out to them because I know they are having a hard time. Sometimes my heart is too soft but I would have hated myself if I didn't reach out.

    I took a trip and during trip didnt gain weight and ran a couple times. Got home and jumped right back into my routine.

    Went to a trail competition course with a crew from the barn today. First outing with the new gal, we both did really well for greenies who don't know what we are doing B)

    On the phone at work someone was being a real dick. I wanted to tell them to *kitten* off but I practised mindfulness instead and found my inner calm.

    I figured out a work-around for the lat pull downs in my upper body routine: resistance bands and my closet rod. I can either sit or kneel on the floor. 💡

    No one can tell me I'm not a resilient genius right now.

    I didn't smack my doctor upside the head when she spent 5 minutes telling me how I used to be such a big girl and it's no big deal if I'm overeating due to pain/stress because I'm small now. It wasn't "great, you lost weight" but she even went into my records to remind me I was 195lbs the first time I went to her. WOW, I had no IDEA!

    I'm on Day 15 of not lighting up. 😀 Getting terrible sleep, and some pretty heinous nightmares when I do, but HEY... 🥴🤷‍♀️

    Getting 4 miles in before the storms for total of 14 miles for the week. If I do 6 mi tomorrow I will have met my 20 miler goal this week.
