I called someone today who hurt me deeply. I put my hurt aside and reached out to them because I know they are having a hard time. Sometimes my heart is too soft but I would have hated myself if I didn't reach out.6

I took a trip and during trip didnt gain weight and ran a couple times. Got home and jumped right back into my routine.3

Went to a trail competition course with a crew from the barn today. First outing with the new gal, we both did really well for greenies who don't know what we are doing4

I figured out a work-around for the lat pull downs in my upper body routine: resistance bands and my closet rod. I can either sit or kneel on the floor. 💡
No one can tell me I'm not a resilient genius right now.1 -

I didn't smack my doctor upside the head when she spent 5 minutes telling me how I used to be such a big girl and it's no big deal if I'm overeating due to pain/stress because I'm small now. It wasn't "great, you lost weight" but she even went into my records to remind me I was 195lbs the first time I went to her. WOW, I had no IDEA!2

I'm on Day 15 of not lighting up. 😀 Getting terrible sleep, and some pretty heinous nightmares when I do, but HEY... 🥴🤷♀️4

Getting 4 miles in before the storms for total of 14 miles for the week. If I do 6 mi tomorrow I will have met my 20 miler goal this week.4
