Dec W 156 Dec GW 151 UGW 145 As I type that, five lbs in a month seems like a lot, but my body fluctuates pretty quickly between 156 and 153 I think it may be reasonable.

You could try Blogilates. She has a workout calendar for beginners that gives you a specific set of muscles/ excersise to do daily. Its all available on YouTube.

I started today as I'm between semesters. I've never finished the 30 days either but got a lot of cute workout clothes for Christmas!
