Better you call your Dr than having strangers on the internet read the results of a medical test for you. I have severe asthma and take the tests frequently to measure my lung capacity. You paid for the test and you have every right calling the office and asking for the results.

Big time carb addict here. I can go through a whole loaf of bread or a half gallon of ice cream in a couple hours. I just won't keep them in my house anymore. If I want ice cream I go to McD's and buy a cone. Not real ice cream, I know. But yummy.

morbidliest? :o Yeah, it's possible. VLCD's cause even larger losses in water than small deficits. I hate to sound cliche, but it was mostly water weight loss. I lost 13 pounds my first week on Weight Watchers.

Last month I got 17 woos from promoting my vegan-keto cabbage soup detox cleanse. I was so upset I started skipping meals and went into starvation mode and gained 15 pounds. Fortunately, by following Dr. Jason Fung's principles I am losing again. I mean loosing.

I had to look it up. It's a vitamin, mineral and herb hair growth concoction in pill form. Mediocre reviews on Amazon. At $88 a bottle, I wouldn't waste my money.

I tried potassium, magnesium, even the pickle juice thing for my night cramps with no effect. Found some information online that said simply being dehydrated can cause nighttime leg cramps. Drinking a few extra glasses of water a day made a big difference for me.

Although panned as pseudoscience, from what I recall from reading a review of that book, type O's should be following a low carb. but not ketoish way of eating. Which is what is prescribed to post WLS patients anyway, isn't it?

Very sorry to read about your health struggles. Have you checked out the gaining weight forum? There might be some good topics and suggestions there that could help. I've never heard of intermittent fasting being used for weight gain, but I will be happy to support you. Welcome to MFP!

Your question doesn't make sense, but your past threads on water fasting and bingeing suggest an unhealthy relationship with food. Perhaps counseling would be beneficial.
