Not cutting my carbs. Just eating less than I used to and healthier choices
-
So having treated hypothyroidism wont affect weight loss any different than any one else?
-
Oh my. Lol. I was so proud and excited to get a scale to accurately log my food but now that doesnt seem so simple... I will weigh solids and measure liquids, or semi liquids and hope it works out lol Ugh, losing weight shouldn't be this hard, was this hard to gain it all haha π
-
This is so confusing to me lol! How would I accurately weight things like ketchup, and salad dressings?
-
I use whatever is on the back of the package. For instance, ketchup is 1tbsp or 15 mls. I used mls to weigh it
-
Yes, but my scale has mls, oz, fl oz, grams.
-
Ok, so another question, can I put my plate on the scale, tare it, and add one thing at the time weighing and tearing before adding a new food? Hope that made sense... lol
-
Yes! Lol that my reply too!

So I shouldn't be snacking? Just eat my 2 meals? What about my calories?my goal is 1580 for weightloss, should I be eating that during my two meals?
-
Unfortunately that's not an option for me I have two children and a husband who wants things that i cant eat. and they shouldn't be deprived because of me
-
Its definitely never a certain good. It's just any food I can eat at the moment. Anything I can get my hands on.
-
Everything. Like anything and everything.. even if I dont like it much.
-
My calories a day is 1580 cals.. I have 60 pounds to lose. I do get full and enjoy the foods I eat. But I also want to eat when jm bored, sad, happy, stressed, it's almost as if I have a food addiction, always just thinking about food.
-
I'm 27, mother of 2. Have over 50 pounds to lose, lost 12 so far. Add me and chat if you would like.
-
I'm 27 have 2 kids and have 60+pounds to lose, but have lost 12lbs since dec 17th when I started tracking my cals, and exercising daily. If anyone wants to add me, or talk or give me any advice!
-
Yes I am diagnosed. Monitored. And medicated.
-
60 to 90g. But I also don't weigh my food I just guesstimate
-
20
-
Also should mention I have hypothyroidism, which I read somewhere you need less calories
-
Some days I do, most days I eat under, not on purpose, just how it works out
-
I do hit my macros every day.
-
I take 10000 to 15000 steps a day. I've had it for a month. I know it's an estimate, but I would assume it's not hugely off.
-
I do 1 hour to 1 and a half hours a day.. and the calories burnt are coming from my fitness watch.
-
I'm 27, 221 pounds, 5 ft 10. Mfp says to eat 1580, I do leslie sansones walk at home for working out. What would be the point of working out if you eat back your calories burnt? Not sounding bitchy, I genuinely dont get it lol.
