Hey everyone.. I'm looking to get a fitness tracker, just wondering peoples thoughts on them and if someone could recommend one that is pretty accurate on the numbers, without costing like 200 dollars lol!

Water weight of fat loss?
I started my journey on December 17th and have lost about 2 to 3 pounds per week, one week gaining 2 lbs back, then lost it again for a total of 14 lbs lost. Do you think it's just water weight or actual fat loss?

Any tips or advice
I am 27 years old, 5ft10 weighing 218 lbs. I was 230, and with calorie counting and exercise of walking at least 30 minutes a day and making sure to hit 10000 steps a day I've managed to lose 12 lbs since dec 17th. I'm looking for any tips or advice on eating and exercising, or weightloss in general.

Where to wear your fitness tracker
I have a fitness watch to track my steps as my daily exercise is walking but I recently bought a stationary bike. I'm wondering if I should wear my tracker on my ankle to use the biking as steps, or leave it on my wrist as the biking isnt actual steps?

Does it matter when you eat? Like is the saying true that if you eat after supper you'll gain weight? Or it doesnt matter when you eat as long as you remain in a calorie deficit?
