Does it matter when you eat? Like is the saying true that if you eat after supper you'll gain weight? Or it doesnt matter when you eat as long as you remain in a calorie deficit?

Meal timing and frequency are preference things, nothing more. It's your calorie intake that matters for weight loss.3

Does not matter as long it is does not affect you in some other way like acid reflux.1

your body does not care when you eat.
sometimes i eat breakfast, sometimes not. if i do, its usually because i was ravenous after my workout.
i eat lunch usually early, because im up at zero dark thirty. so, anywhere from 11-12, most days. dinner around 6. i dont usually have anything past dinner, though sometimes ill have a snack or dessert of some kind.0
