Is it true that you must workout in the morning on an empty stomach to get the best weightloss results? Or anytime workout?

Workout when it is convenient for your schedule. And what you heard is false. Weight loss doesn’t come from exercise it comes from a calorie deficit.3

what works for your daily schedule. your body does not care.
i work out in the mornings, because it fits my life best. i used to also take a walk/jog in the evenings, but that was to get out of the house and away from my ex, which at that moment in my life, REALLY fit my life best0
