Any tips or advice

I am 27 years old, 5ft10 weighing 218 lbs. I was 230, and with calorie counting and exercise of walking at least 30 minutes a day and making sure to hit 10000 steps a day I've managed to lose 12 lbs since dec 17th.
I'm looking for any tips or advice on eating and exercising, or weightloss in general.
