Hi there. I'm a 28 single mother of 2. My starting weight was 241, and now is 235.4. My goal weight is 170, but my mini goal is 200.
I am counting calories, and staying around 1500 a day, drinking at least 80 oz of water each day, and doing leslie sansone walk at home exercises on YouTube for 30 mins to an hour each day, mainly aiming for an hour. But those exercises r broke up between 2 and sometimes 3 times a day.
Just looking for people who are doing similar things, and want to help support each other and keep each other accountable!
