I saw a photo of me taken at Christmas and I absolutely HATED it. I wanted to throw it away immediately but then I thought I should keep it as a reminder of why I am doing this. I cannot wait to like myself in pictures again. Excited to spend this year together group!!!

Well today I somehow did over 9000 steps at work. It was a busy day but I did not realize I took that many steps. Since I was up and around I did not get as much water. I have to catch up on that tonight. Currently at 40oz. Hope everyone had a great Jan 2nd

I have been wanting to try yoga at home on my non gym days. Would you recommend this yoga YouTube show for a beginner???

I like the fact that the app tells me when I complete my day where I would be in 5 weeks if I did and ate the same thing every day. I hope I can try to replicate today because it says I would be down 30 lbs!

Hi zebrashark - I am completely the same. I want to eat right but I don’t. I also really need to get back to exercising. I also come up with some kind of excuse. Also we leave for the Caribbean on 2/15 I would love to loose that much by then too! Hope we can do it together!

Hi Everyone. I am 27 and I need to start loving myself again. I hate how I look in the mirror and I have had a goal weight for 5 years and I keep failing. 2019 has to be my year and I hope that this inspiring and encouraging group can help! SW: 283.6 GW: 180 Water challenge 12/31: 16oz by 7:30!

It is probably not the healthiest but my favorite recipe so far is spaghetti and meatballs. Cooks in 9 minutes. Meatballs noodles and sauce in one pot
