  • Simple can of tuna, 1 tbs low fat mayo, bit of hot sauce, dash of spices, some onions. Eat that with 1 - 1 1/2 servings of unsalted saltine crackers. Great snack with good macros.
  • I wouldn't mess around with fat burning pills! They increase your body temperature by making your heart pump faster. Us gym go-ers probably have a healthy heart rate, or even bellow average (good thing). Take care of your heart. I heard grapefruits, and coffee (milk, spenda, or black) are great for appetite suppressant.
  • I haven't, but I'd like to say you don't need to go to extremes to loose weight. Just take 500 calories out a day, and youll get where you want to be eventually. Take it week by week. What you do in a day doesn't matter (go ahead and eat those wings), what you do in a week does.

  • I have the ultimate food. I think it was called tofu noodles, often referred to as the 'miracle noodle'. It has nothing... The nutritional label is all zeros. It's tasted horrible, even when you add a nice stir fry to it. Makes you wonder what the hell your eating.
