Ready2Succeed2019 Feb Week 3 PW: 240.2 CW: 241.6 I'm really sorry everyone. I've had personal issues this week that have been getting me down so I pretty much stopped logging, stopped drinking enough water and even stopped caring what I ate. My husband and I have had a really long talk last night and hopefully we are on…

My dad brought the scales round when he picked husband up for work. User Name: Ready2Succeed2019 February Week 3 PW: 240.0 CW: 240.2 Not happy with myself but it could be a hell of a lot worse.

Good morning Ladies. I have had a horrendous weekend both personally and dieting and haven't logged for 2 days. I'm kinda back in a good place now. @BonnieHosk85 I am supposed to be weighing in this morning but I forgot to get the scales from my mom so I will do it tomorrow xx

Thank you x

From past experience I don't tend to gain any unless I turn into a chocolate monster. Sometimes I find it easier just to set my calories to maintain and get on with it. Drinking more water definitely helps with the dreaded water retention. Just remember that it'll soon go and you'll be fighting fit for another 3weeks.

Sending you massive, massive hugs. It sounds like you are going through a lot at the moment emotionally. Maybe you should try setting your calories to 0.5lb a week (that way you are still in a deficit but not putting too much pressure on yourself) and give yourself some slack until you get your head in the right place?…

Whats for dinner? We are having lasagne tonight. My husband and daughter will be having garlic bread too but I've intentionally not made enough for myself.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked the dog twice. 20 min this morning abd 45 min tonight. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Honestly No. According to my diary, yes. In reality no, because I didn't log everything. But I don't think I'll be a lot over. Did I keep track of everything I ate and…

But you had a good time at your sisters party? Totally worth it then. That's such an insignificant difference, don't worry. You'll ace it next week xxx

I tracked during my first pregnancy. I stuck to maintain and my midwife said it was fine as long as I didn't go below and ate the right foods. I actually didnt put on any weight at all (piled it on in the 2 years after) and baby was healthy and a nice weight.
