  • I’ve been tracking my calories for a few weeks now and I think I’m just not eating enough. Thanks for all the wonderful tips on healthy snacks. My plan is to eat a normal meal prior to my shift, take a “lunch” around 1am, and snack in between and after as needed. Hopefully that’ll help me maintain weight as well as not…
  • My go to meals for work are one pan baked dishes. I usually throw in chicken, carrots, celery, onion, then add some seasoning. Bake it for 40 minutes and then you have 3-4 clean meals prepped. You can add more protein/calories depending on your exercise routine. What areas are you looking to tone up?
  • I would say this guy is not worth the energy. There’s plenty of partners out there that will support you getting your masters and taking time for your personal growth. As for the snacking I usually try to drink a glass of water and that usually takes away the urge to eat if it’s from being bored. You’ve got this!
  • I’m glad I’m not the only one! I’ll have to try the crunchy snack method. I’m thinking carrots and celery might be my go to. Thanks for the reply ☺️
