I think the key is to not be so hard on yourself. I believe it is easier to refocus if you don’t treat each setback as a major problem. Lose focus for a day, week, month, whatever. Just don’t beat yourself up. If you take three steps forward and two steps back, you’re still a step ahead. Be kind to you.

I drink coffee everyday with half and half and a teaspoon of sugar. I count it and enjoy.

I only read part of it, but meal timing doesn’t matter for weight loss. Calories are king. You want breakfast? Eat it. Don’t want breakfast? Skip it. Stay with mom your calorie goals and the results will be the same either way.
