I'm in. . . Add me as a friend. I have lost weight before but since I am 57 I am detirmind to make this a lifestyle change. This time there is more focus on weight training, riding the mtn bike and martial arts for fun. In the past my focus was on the mtn bike. I am happy to talk and help anyone make their change too.

Sounds like a plan. If you are not counting the negative calories for the workouts, you may be eating to little.

You have to burn about 3,000 calories more than you consume to lose 1lb. If you track your net calories for the week, you can determine how many lbs you want to lose each week.

It looks like there is more to this app than just tracking calories. I hope there is at least one group out there that is fun, not easily offended and willing to help each other achieve our goals. Let me know if anyone has a group like that. Otherwise, I hope you all find the determination it takes to make a healthy life…
