I started on 1st January at 201lb (I'm 5ft 5.5). As of this morning I'm 159lb. My goal is 136lb so another 23 to go. As you need to lose an average of roughly 3lb per week, you would have to be quite obese to pull it off safely. Thanks so much...just the usual calorie counting with no exercise other than occasional walking. I have 1500 calories gross every day, with occasional diet breaks and treats as milestone rewards.
