June 15th - just seen your post. I walked 20 mins today but often don't walk at all. Tomorrow & going forward I hope to do at least 15 mins.2

Establishing a habit to improve my A1C and blood pressure. I am post-menopausal.
I just cut our weed-infested backyard (almost 1/2 acre) and whacked a bunch of vines so snakes can't hide out! I spent a pretty grueling 2 hours doing that activity! This will take the place of my workout. I'm now pretty exhausted!
