I have crushed it!! Out of a possible 20 minutes/day for 280 minutes, I have exercised 534 minutes! For me... whoa! That's awesome.
So, I'm picking myself back up and getting back on the horse! Thanks for this challenge to keep us motivated and so we can see what we CAN accomplish!1 -

I started this 5 years ago and my results have been awesome but back then I needed a mobility scooter to keep up with the kids in theme parks, etc. Now I can walk as far as I wish. As much as I have been beating myself up, the last two days; I'm going to stop. As yes, I haven't been successful for the last two days, but of the 12 days that I have exercised... I have crushed it!! Out of a possible 20 minutes/day for 280 minutes, I have exercised 534 minutes! For me... whoa! That's awesome.
So, I'm picking myself back up and getting back on the horse! Thanks for this challenge to keep us motivated and so we can see what we CAN accomplish!
