I hear you girl! I lost the first 17 like clockwork losing 1-1.5 a week. I have been losing 0.5 a week now. I am 128.2 and can’t seem to break it this week! My final goal is 118-120 by summer.

I am on the 16:8 plan. Fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours. I usually eat from 11-7 PM. While I still only eat about 1350 calories, because they are in a smaller window, I am more disciplined. I have to log my creamer :( I started measuring it during this process and was drinking like 150-200 calories of creamer between my morning coffee and iced coffee in the afternoon! On a 1200 calorie diet that’s a lot!

This happens to me often. I’m stagnant and then BOOM I lose a pound or more. I’ve read about the “whoosh” effect. I don’t know what it is but I just trust the process!!!!!!!

I track my weight on trending apps twice a day! Once right when I wake up and once when I go to bed! It’s done wonders for me. I totally know there are ups and downs. I don’t freak out. Sounds great to me!!! If I meet my Easter goal, I’ll be 125.6. I leave for our family vacation June 4. I’d love to be 118 by then!!!!!!!!!! But that’s only six weeks for me so even 120 would be awesome! It’s been before babies I’ve seen that. But I’m short!

My goal for MFP is 1350 but some days I’m closer to 1200. I’m a teacher on my feet all day also. And as I mentioned, I have a very very small frame. Like I’m talking wedding ring size 4!

I was just complaining to my hubby about this. I’ve lost 10% of my body weight since January 1 and not one person has mentioned anything!

I have lost 15 pounds since January 1 on a 1350 calorie lifestyle with no working out. I am currently 130 pounds, 5’4’’. I haven’t felt like I’ve sacrificed much!!!! I have 15 left and hoping to be there by mid June!

Just an update for anyone who happens to read: down 15 pounds! I started at 146 on January 1 and I am 130.8 as of today! I have 10-15 left to reach my goal but I’m not backing down!

We are going to Disney. Hoping to get to 118 pounds by June 1! Currently at 131.0 pounds. Started at 146 on January 1 so half way there! Then maintain the rest of the summer.

This does not lower calories at all, but I like about a tablespoon of peanut butter in mine for some extra protein!
