I have a habit of getting to my goal weight (usually around 120-125 lbs) by May, stop using this app, and reset on January 1. Trying to jump on here sooner so that I try to prevent more added weight around the holidays. Iβm nervous to even weigh myself right now. New to this challenge but sounds fun! Iβm a 33 year old female. Iβve fluctuated from 118-146 my adult life. Iβm super short at 5β4 with a small frame so weight shows very easy.
