I suspect a similar outcome to you when I weigh tomorrow. I lost the first couple of pounds faster than I expected and so now I think I’m at a most realistic loss for the three weeks. We most don’t have a ton to lose, so don’t beat yourself up!

I can’t speak to a mini desk type bike but I have a basic compact stationary bike that was $150 tops on Amazon and I’ve been loving it! It’s just what I need to raise my heart rate to a calories burning zone (I check on my Apple Watch).

Totally agree! I am running close to 3 miles a day and losing weight this time around is much harder (yes- I’m still counting calories and not over eating workout calories). While I know it would be easier for me not to work out, the muscle and definition I am gaining is also rewarding. And I’m sure the other benefits are…
