Same. I’ve lost 25 pounds since January 1. I am now 123. My goal is 118. I am only 5’4’’. Things are moving VERY slow. Like a half a pound every other week slow. But I’m at 1300 calories and don’t want to go any lower. Hang in there. My monthly cycle also slows things down and causes me to gain a few pounds.

I hear similar comments from people who I tell I still need to lose more weight to. I am 5’4’’ and weigh 125.0. I started this process at 146 January 1. My goal weight is 115. Out of curiosity how many calories are you eating a day? I am a similar weight! I am currently 125 aiming for 118 eventually but only 122 for the challenge. But my weight loss has slowed to 0.5 pounds a week on 1300 calories no formal workout.

I’ve lost 19 since January 1st. I started at 146 and my ultimate goal is 115-120. I am only 5’4. Now that I’m in my last ten pounds, my rate has slowed down a tad. I’ve been eating about 1300 calories a day and no formal exercise.
