thanks all, I am monitoring calories - around 1300, a few days over and a few days under. I think the salt may also have something to do with it as looking at my log, the first week I was low on salt, this week my food tends to be much saltier. I started keto after new year, 7 lbs down so far. I have yo-yo-ed over the last 15 years and really want to get to goal stay there using this way of eating. I ‘ve got between 28-35 lbs to go. Looking forward to getting lots of tips from everyone! Friend request me!

I started Keto on 2nd jan and today weighed in 7lbs lighter! I’m full of energy, feeling so motivated and focused, not just physically but mentally too. I’m also full up all the time and have had no cravings. I’ve also given up alcohol so that is probably contributing as well!
