62 and trying to fight gravity. This site keeps me honest. I do work out 4 - 5 days week. I did ww years ago and I find that this like weight watchers and logging in my intake is so helpful. Happy to support anyone here.

Biggest problem I see here is people start logging and drop off quickly. Stay focused, write it down and be honest. You will succeed if you stay on track :)

I drank 2 martini's and only logged 1. Hope my trainer is not looking at this.

Very helpful right? I know what I need to fix but writing down what I eat makes a huge difference. Good luck to you as well.

Are you balancing all foods, ie not over doing the carbs and getting enough protein?
