My mother said "Hmm. I wonder what side of the family you got your sharp cheekbones from?"

What a journey you've had! I wish you the best of luck as you kill your goal. My good friend is working his way down from 550 lbs and it has been a struggle. But you've done it before and you'll do it again!

You both are so beautiful in your dresses. Congratulations to both of you for keeping the weight off!

Wow. I wouldn't even think you are the same woman. Amazing. You are amazing.

What a difference! Well done.

My husband and I work 4 ten hour shifts, 3:30 pm to 2 am and usually sleep from 4:30 am to noon. We've been on this schedule for 13 years. We just follow our calorie goals, make sure we exercise on the weekends and avoid those late night snacking temptations.

Your question makes me sad. :( I'm allergic to most, if not all, of the basic herbs (I used to be able to eat basil but it isn't going so well now). No rosemary, oregano, sage, etc for me. However, my husband is a great cook and makes a mean garlic anything.
-
Yikes. That is quite the list of foods to avoid. However, if I can shop to avoid and not spend a ton, you can too! My allergy is ... herbs. Believe it or not. Oregano, rosemary, sage, etc. You have no idea how many food items contain herbs. Or the label says 'spices'. Like I can trust that. I haven't had a pre-made…

Yay! Good job.

I'm rather new to maintenance as I just reached my one month mark. It is a daunting thought: I'm going to have to calorie watch for ever? The thing is, I've done this weight loss before and once I reached my goal weight .. I stopped paying so much attention. And then, six months later, I'm right back where I started from.…

I've been maintaining for almost a month now and my Birthday is tomorrow. My husband is still working on losing the last four pounds but he insisted we buy two small pieces of cheesecake to celebrate. I think I'll log all my other foods tomorrow but might just eat a cheesecake piece with no regrets. I set my goal weight at…

Awesome job. I can see your cheekbones showing through already.

Amazing! Well done.

My work schedule runs until 2 am and I head to bed at 4 am, up at noon. This is my usual schedule all week, even on the weekends. My weight loss has been on point even if I eat all the way up right until bedtime. I just log everything I eat and I've had no problems.

What a well thought out story. It was fun to follow you through your ups and downs and see that handsome man at the end. My husband and I are both on MFP since January. We don't have as much to lose but doing it together is very motivating.
-
You look great. Good job.
-
What a difference. It is amazing what you have accomplished. Well done!

I clicked on your before and after photo and no lie, I don't even recognize you as the same guy. What an amazing transformation. Well done.

Awesome job! I only started my weight loss journey in January but I'm most proud of the fact that I'm heading towards the lightest I can remember being. I'm at 123, down from 141, and I want to reach 120.

My husband and I both started our weight loss on January 3rd. He is down 24 lbs from 200 to 175 today. I'm down about 16 lbs from 140 to 124 today.

I love your story. 5 years of hard work and you are looking great. Keep up the good work!
-
Well done.
-
Nicely done. You look great!
-
Looking good!

I found myself questioning if it was the same person in both photos. You look so different now. Way to go, what a transformation.

Way to go!

I love MFP for making it so easy to keep on track. Logging in your calories each day is like having someone watching over your shoulder and saying "oh, are you really going to eat that? No, go ahead and eat it but you'd better log it in then ..." :D Well done on your weight loss. You are an inspiration to us all. You and…

I've always found keeping the weight off to be the hardest part of the battle. Congratulations!

Wow. You are looking great. Congratulations!

You look amazing! Well done with all your hard work to lose 175 pounds. I wanted to say I love how proud you look in your after photos. Very much deserved!
