Starting weight: 195 (12/30/2018) Goal weight: 145 Current weight: 189.9 (1/27/2019) Total weight lost: 5.1 pounds :) This week's successes: I did not log any food this week, but I was mindful of my eating/excercise. I weighed in this morning and I lost weight! Wooooohooooo!

I'm late, but I would like to join! This week's challenges: I was irritable because I didn't have food to soothe my emotions. Work in progress!

I went for a long run last Friday, got my foot caught in a pothole and sprained my ankle. My NSV is that I have continued to log food and do what weight lifting and cardio I can do on one leg!! In the past, I would've given up completely due to a minor setback. I'm getting mentally stronger!!

Hi moms! I have 3 lovable kids and 40 pounds of baby weight to lose. My goal is to average losing 1 pound a week and my 2019 Christmas gift to myself will be reaching my goal. We can do this!!
