Met some of my goals for this month so yay!! Reached my one year mark with a 75lbs loss in total. I must say this group has really been a driving force behind my commitment! I didn’t gain any weight nor did I lose any,but I lost 2” off my waist!! Again thank you for the inspiration♥️ Cheers to the new year ladies!!!

It is amazing that you are giving yourself a well deserved second chance! It is NEVER too late to start over♥️ I just made my eating habits an everyday conscious decision. So I no longer have the fear of defeat and I challenge negative self talk when it creeps in. Cheers to a new beginning!!

Went to Torrid to try some clothes on. Saw a bridesmaids dress size 12 on a rack.Figured I’d give it a go. I was hesitant given the last dress I tried in Jan was a size 26,BUT it fit!!!

I appreciate the little things I wasn’t able to experience when I was 70+lbs heavier. Like not worrying if I’ll fit in a booth, being too big to fit in a movie seat theater, and not getting winded after walking for 5 min. Also, people are an awful lot nicer...
