I track daily on weekdays. I don't track weekends cuz the boyfriend doesn't have a scale. But I do it to see the trend. I don't fret when I see it go up a little. It always comes back down.

I did end up getting myself a nice pair of new jeans, in a size I haven't worn in probably 7 years or so. It was a great feeling trying them on :smile: and at a thrift store no less. and the original tags were still on them!!

Salty food is my weakness. I love popcorn, corn nuts, dry roasted chick peas. And BBQ chips and dip.
