Mine are chips and anything chocolate. If I can avoid those I don’t over eat!

Sweets for sure! Yes if I don't get any then I don't binge eat. But if I do omg I have such a hard time getting back on track. So I try to stay away!1

Any type of cake or baked good items and chips.1

Frosting. I can eat it by itself by the jar. Good stuff, appropriate portions are just not enough for my craving brain.1

Chips, chocolate, cake, and cookies o my!1

candy, chips and salsa or queso, corn muffins2

Chips and cheeze-its. Basically anything carby and crunchy. Bonus if there's dip involved. I don't usually moderate those well. Ecpecially if I'm hungry and they are easily accessable. And the amount that fits my calories and the amount that I want don't normally coincide. I've reduced them to a once in a while treat for that reason.3

I work at Starbucks and I love pasties! Everyday is a struggle. This year I plan to not touch one pastry from Starbucks. I had a lemon loaf on the 2rd. But I'm fouced again.
Need all the support I can get. I'm here for others too. I'm been at Starbucks for 4 years. And dunkin donuts for 5 years. I dont leave bc I'm an assistant Manager. And the money is good for now. I'm going to college for accounting. So, some day I can get away from all the sweets.1 -
I wouldn't say it's a trigger food but for me salty cured meat and cheese is really really hard for me to moderate especially if it is in front of me3

My favorite candy was on sale years ago when I first started losing weight. I told myself I'd buy the bag, have only one or two and be satisfied.
Yeah. no.
I found myself half way through the bag before I knew it and so I opened the car window and literally threw the bag out the window. Not my proudest moment but, you gotta do what you gotta do.5 -
Jelly beans...It's a running joke in our house that I once spent $25 on the bag of jelly beans where you get to fill the bag yourself. Well it was only like $10 but each time someone brings it up, the amount goes up.
When Easter rolls around I don't know what I'm going to do.1 -
cookies with milk, especially Oreos. I have to buy them in small quantities like 4, 6, or 8 cookies.2
-
Chicken wings (can easily eat 3 lbs), nutella (straight out of the jar) and like @sardelsa cured meat (salami, prosciutto, soppressata). Ooo and also samosas.
I can't keep any of those in the house or I become a monster LOL
Salt, salt and salt

Potato knishes, pie, jelly beans, anything with cinnamon and a large amount of fat and sugar. (I can usually restrict myself to a reasonable portion of dessert... but if it's got cinnamon in it, game over!)2

stupid stuff. sour cream, or any form of it.. like chip dip.. the devil. I have to keep it out of the house only on special occasions. olives. can't eat just one.0

Bourbon honey mustard chicken wings with super crispy french fries.

I put sour cream in all kinds of things, I love it. It's a pretty major staple in my house. The thing that gets me in trouble though is having potato chips in the house to go with it. Just plain jane sour cream and plain potato chips is amazing. And it's not something I feel satisfied with a "sensible" portion. The amount I like to eat is a goal destroying portion, lol. So I have it rarely.
If it helps, fat free greek yogurt is a really good sub! For 90 calories you get a whole CUP. VS 60 calories for a couple tablespoons of sour cream. It mixes well wherever sour cream is called for, and goes well with all kinds of things where sour cream is a topping. It also makes for a great low cal creamy veggie dip or dressing.

Mine is liquid.... wine.
All it takes is one glass, then I start rummaging in the fridge and I don't stop. But I'm working on mindful moderation this year, allowing one drink here or there without sidetracking my progress.3 -

Same! I do ok now with most foods, but get some liquor in me, and it's over.

krispy kreme donuts. Thankfully it's easy to avoid since I just don't have to buy them, but if my husband was to bring home a box of them.. even though I'm not craving them at all... I would eat the entire dozen.3

Donuts are hard to avoid for me too. I honestly do not like glazed (not even Krispy Kreme glazed), but cake donuts...blueberry or chocolate or sour cream. Add coffee and yikes, so good!
I live less than 1/2 mile from the best donut shop in my town and my husband and I have sorta made it a household "rule" that if we want a donut we walk there, buy one or two each, and walk home to eat it. If we ever got a dozen, we would eat every single one by the following day I am sure. I'm also sorta glad they're the type of old school donut shop that has sold out of most things by 10 am and closes around noon...if it was a 24 hour place, I bet we would both weigh 10 lb more than we do!

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my weakness:... It used to be chocolate, fried foods, and stuff but I cut it out of my life because I started going back to my old habits.... Now cereal is my dessert but sometimes I feel like downing the whole box.
I was never a chip person to begin with but I did have a short addiction to hot Cheetos at some point.

Salty food is my weakness. I love popcorn, corn nuts, dry roasted chick peas.
And BBQ chips and dip.2 -
Cereal.... all that sweet goodness. I could live off of cereal (breakfast, lunch & dinner) but it wont be a long life.3
-
Chips and salsa at a good Mexican restaurant. Can polish off a basket without even thinking about it.
Also chocolate candy. The gas station close to my office used to sell just the regular-size Milky Way bars, which I'd get occasionally as a treat, but they've started only stocking these "eat one now, save one for later" 2-in-1 packs, and ... I cannot force myself to not eat both of them in one sitting.0
