Hi, I've been very successful with keto before. Then, I had a right knee meniscus repair. Well, guess what?? Now, my left knee has a partial tear. So, inactivity caused me to gain. I started keto December 26, at 158. As of January 8, I'm at 152 1/2. Yeah! So, keep it up fellow ketoers... It works! I'll post weekly. Thanks…
