  • “trying to embrace the fact it is ok to feel hungry” A friend once suggested to me that feeling “hungry” could be re-framed as feeling “clean”. Whenever I feel “hungry,” I now try to reframe “hunger” to “clean”… it’s a more positive mindset for me…. Hope that helps!
