I started mid Jan at 344 pounds. I have lost 75 pounds so far and would like to lose another 70. I ran my first 5k last weekend and plan to run another the weekend of the 4th. I bought a road bike recently and have aspiration of competing in a sprinter triathlon at some point.

I started the C25K in January on a treadmill inside and once the weather got nice I moved outside being able to run a 5K.
