  • Try Adidas boost ST. Also wore Asics Nimbus that hurt the big toe. If dont want to leave Asics try the GT 2000 which I alternate now on my runs with Adidas boost. Nice soft upper mesh that moves with your foot but I'm still getting support.
  • Single leg squat, cause u have to be able to balance first of all and then all of your muscles like glutes, quads, abs even back muscles are isolated and working harder to stabilize u.
  • No, I haven't taken measurements and weight is still the same but my clothes are looser around the waist but more snuggier around the glutes and quads. I have also started upper body weights to try and sort of balance out.
  • My thoughts are dont stress take race day as it comes, whatever happens on that day is fine. It's your race, you run/walk as u see fit. Listen to your body it will guide u. Main thing is to have fun as your first race is always your most memorable. Best of luck.
