Don't let size put you off! A girl where I used to train was very very big, but she rocked the moves better than all the tiny girls! She was packed with strength and sass and always said it did loads for her body confidence :)

What about an upturned washing/laundry basket? In the UK they're only about a foot tall or so I'd guess, not sure where you're from or what you use :) I've been using that anyway as my dining chairs are too high and the step for the kids for the loo is too low :)

I'm doing the You are your own gym 10 week beginner programme. I want to build strength more than anything as I'm not overweight or anything.
