  • Haven’t lost any weight in February but haven’t gained. Goal for March, get below 170 lbs.
  • Weight has stayed the same all month which is a plus. I’ve been busy. Got a week to loose 2-3 more lbs. Today I am focusing on getting back on track with water and exercise.
  • Back on the bandwagon after a week off. Went to doc on Friday and gained one if the lbs I lost but I’m still 10 lbs down from start weight. Started today off drinking my water and back on elliptical. My goal is to get to 169 by March 1st. That’s 5 lbs away. I need to get in it if I am to achieve this goal.
