New and just started 2/11/19 at 225.8 and need to lose over 100lbs and prefer the challenges to keep me more motivated. I have started over for the 2nd time this year already. I started in January had some issues, and finally started again in February. So up for this challenge!

I'm not feeling as exhausted after working out. Just a few short weeks ago around the 20-minute mark of walking I'd feel like I was dying, now I'm making it 35 or 38 minutes without that feeling.
This week's challenges:
Getting my protein in. My dietitian gave me a new paper to try and follow and to keep my calories up I need to have more protein, or so I discovered, and that is difficult for me.

Back on the bandwagon after a week off. Went to doc on Friday and gained one if the lbs I lost but I’m still 10 lbs down from start weight. Started today off drinking my water and back on elliptical. My goal is to get to 169 by March 1st. That’s 5 lbs away. I need to get in it if I am to achieve this goal.5

Challenges: I have a hectic few weeks coming up, so there's the potential to slip up, so I just want to make sure I pre-plan my meals, and take healthy snacks with me when I go out.6 -

Last week’s misstep: Lots of issues. Grazed, snacked, drank over the long weekend at the fishing camp. Then at book club a surprise wine tasting along with cheese and other stuff blew the day. Missed my target of 4 AF days / wk THIS IS A NEW WEEK thank goodness!
This week's challenges: Mindful snacking, limit alcohol, 70000 steps/wk, 80oz water/day. Try to fine that lovely 235 I saw on the scale last week for 3 days.4 -
