    This Weeks successes: Started Keto-Carnivore this week after a great deal of investigation. I think I like it a great deal. Done very well this week.

    This Weeks Challenges: Work extremely busy, causes stress and impulsive craving. Need to get balance to avoid falling off.

    - I walked, ran or stair climbed 30.7 miles this week, (2 runs). I have done 1-2 yoga workouts 6 days and strength training ~2 days.
    - I may increase my weekly miles goal.

    This week's challenges:
    - I've been feeling not quite fully healthy off and on. A touch of nausea here, a deep muscle pain there, a few headaches and some disruption of sleep. I want to blame it on the weather's constant flux.
