I would add another small meal. See how your recovery is after that. Also what is your post workout nutrition and sleep like? Maybe adding some simple carbs post workout may be another option. Good luck!

You can do it!! Sometimes the plateau happens because you are too much in a calorie restriction and your metabolism slows down to match that. I know it sounds crazy but try adding some calories until you break through that plateau! 50-100 calories I’d say! Good luck! You got this!!

I’ve done keto for a while, it was pretty good except my energy levels were too low! Hopefully it’s working well for you! I wouldn’t feel that bad about taking a “break” though sometimes it’s good for your metabolism to take diet breaks! Anyways keep up the good work and feel free to add me.
