I'm new
I was very active. Runner, kick boxing classes and CrossFit participant for 3 years. I fell off the path in December.
My goal is to get back on track and stay on. I have started running again and changed gears to a Pilates class. Logging food is definitely a challenge for me....so here I am conquering that!
I want to lose 35 lbs, stay motivated and have fun!

Welcome! It’s difficult at first to log but once you get used to it when you don’t log it feels weird. It almost becomes an obsession!
Plus it’s something to be proud of and way to hold yourself accountable!
