It's totally possible for your body composition to change and you stay the exact same weight.

It's a good thing!!!! When you just diet and do cardio you lose a ton of muscle tissue and that's BAD. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn sitting there doing nothing. I would almost tell you to ditch the cardio and lift more and lift HEAVY.

You can check out something called PB2 as an alternative to Peanut Butter. Almond Butter isn't that much lower cal because it's still a nut. :happy: BUUUT....if youre doing paleo you can use Almon Butter as an alternative to peanut butter since you're not supposed to have peanuts.

BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. I love my implants. I researched it like crazy and found an amazing Dr. Most people think I don't have implants. In fact, I think they're almost too natural looking but whatever. Does it suck to run? Yes. Get an Enell bra. They strap those puppies down and nothing moves.

Yeah, the miracle noodles were a bust. I couldn't get over the smell and the taste was DEFINITELY weird and chewey. These sound like a good alternative.

Ice massage works great for shin splints. Pop a dixie cup in the freezer and then rub it on the sore area for 8 min each. Take some NSAID's as well like Advil or Aleve. Also, a thing to check out might be your shoes. Are you flat footed?

If I'm in the earlier weeks of C25K I'm in the 250-300 category. When I get in the later weeks I get more towards 300-450 category. That's walking at 3.9 and running at 5mph. I'm 5'7 and 153lbs.

I would drop your carbs to between 50-100 grams a day and see what happens. It's been a life saver for me.

Oh before I could EASILY eat an entire French Bread Loaf but I'm like you and I don't crave that crap anymore. If I do have pasta it's the dreamfield low carb.....but that's not very often because it just doesn't taste that good to me and I hate how my stomach feels after I've eaten it.
