3 x yes today. I'm so busy (and stressed) right now that I hardly have time to post let alone participate in discussions. I expect it to be this way until sometime in May unfortunately but I still intend to meet the three rules of UAC and post each day.

Poached Argentinean red shrimp, lemon parm chopped salad (Organic Simple Truth salad kit) and sauté of Brussel sprouts, asparagus & corn. Shrimp and vegetables seasoned with Cholula green sauce (jalapeño & poblano peppers). The sauté was using frozen vegetables which I'm experimenting with as I have very little time for…

@intrinsicat I also had trouble with the dozen per day and changed it to 10 which is more doable. I don't actually find that part of the circle all that useful. At least they've improved and if you're walking all day they add one. When they first came out they didn't seem to handle that. I'd be on vacation walking for…

@seilidhe I used to live in a city that did Rocky Horror every Fri/Sat night. Evidently they still do a couple of times a month. I've been 3-4 times and it was fun even though I didn't get involved participating outside of yelling a few key lines but there were always a handful of people who were up near the stage who did.

Give it a couple a weeks ... the majority of people will stop masking. Where I live very few people masked in the summer and fall but as Omicron showed up in Dec I noticed that people started masking up ... I did too. It was completely self directed because my state hasn't had a mask mandate since spring of 2020 and it was…

March Goal: < 120lbs I had some unplanned travel twice in the last five weeks. Between that and a lot of stress I'm up a few pounds. I'm planning to weigh once a week this month on Fridays. Since I returned home on the 28th I'm reluctant to step on the scale for a few days so not planning to weigh myself until Friday the…

@donna25trinity It's pretty normal to fluctuate within a few lbs (or a kg or or two). I think it's just something we have to accept. Unless you eat exactly the same food every day and do the exact same exercise everyday it is logical that it will happen. That's why we need to have a maintenance range. If I ever get past my…

I hear you. I haven't yet gone to the store since I got home from my recent trip. There are absolutely no veggies in the house so my diet is not the healthiest at the moment. I really need to go the store today.

@Caroline_slowandsteady I'd be more interested in what a typical weeks food looks like. It could be related to what you're eating rather than number of calories. You might also want to consider three meals per day and no snacking. There are many health related web sites that that push one view or the other but changing it…

I've been here since December 2020. This group has helped me do a better job of getting into consistent exercise. Food and loggings aren't much of an issue for me. Unfortunately, I've not done very well the last month due to a couple of unanticipated trips. I should be home until the first of April at which time I have a…

Evidently MFP did something to the Discussion/Group side of things and I lost my logon on my iPhone for the app. I wasn't able to logon as I use a password manager but it's local to my computer. Doesn't really matter as all days this past week are pass days either due to lack of exercise or excessive calories.
