I don’t just draw this line for example I had my children born at home naturally and it was perfect for me. I don’t like that companies are sneaky about gmos too, like if they are so awesome for you write about it on the product.

I’m so sorry your birth didn’t go as planned I can’t imagine how that feels. Mine were born at home. I would recommend focusing on eating as healthy as possible with enough calories to heal and feed your baby, I’m still breastfeeding I find I naturally eat enough for that don’t restrict at first. Smoking is easier to quit than losing weight in my experience, I did both though. When I quit smoking I got healthier lost weight and went to the gym.

I was wondering this too, breastfeeding makes me really hungry. I feed an 8 month old who still prefers milk to food normally and my 2 year old a few times a day. I have heard upto 500cal per day.

This is a great idea, I normally just eat haha but just a bit. I probably should think of some distractions. When I was big and losing weight I would focus on the hunger in a positive way like imagine it was the feeling of the fat melting.

I’m 5ft 5 134lb I had my youngest at the end of April 2018. I have also been over 200lbs but lost it before I had babies.

I’m 27 and have an 8 month old and 2 year old. Im 5ft5 my current weight is 134lb and my best weight is in the 120s so somewhere there is my goal. I have used my fitness pal in the past to go from 230 to 120lb so for the most part the weight stayed off.
