  • @BrownSugar174 Congratulations on reaching your 2019 goal. I did not reach my weight loss goal but I did lower my A1C out of the diabetic range past pre-diabetic and into normal. So I am pretty proud of that. I am on two blood pressure medications that I am hoping to come off of. Good luck to us both on that goal!

  • This is me too! I needed a new pair of jeans since my 22s were not fitting (too loose) and so I went to the store and grabbed the 20s not thinking that 18s would even be possible. Turns out they were. So excited!

  • Finished my first week with students. Been back about three weeks now for meetings and moving in to a new classroom. Stashed a 12 pack of LaCroix in the lounge fridge and was very greatful it was there. Managed to avoid birthday treats and donuts so far. Have a great year teacher friends.
