Probably TMI, but even before "keto crotch" came out, I noticed a very odd odor that I wondered about. HOWEVER, I stopped my L-Carnitine and Apple cider vinegar (with mother) capsules, and WaLa. Odor gone.

I messed up, the seed bread has 2 Net carbs (not 3). 8 total carbs with 6 grams fiber. The progranola is cinnamon vanilla flavored and can also be used as cereal. I don't know what drove me to this "diet". I don't know why "today" led me to crave carbs. I was doing 20 net a day. I was craving chocolate and other stuff today, but I "kinda" stopped the stuff, as I promised my son I would wait for him, and he will be here in a week or less.
