keto friendly bread and such
So I bought some Julian Bakery 3 carb bread and 2 carb granola (NET). I don't intend to eat these every day, but sometimes I crave a sandwich, so I went with the lesser of 2 evils. Do you all do total carbs or net carbs? Have any of you used the Julian Bakery items?

4 weeks in, down 8.8 lbs, and now a "cheat" What food would you cheat on?
I weighed today, 4 weeks in, and was down 8.8 lbs in 4 weeks. (I have A LOT to lose). Tonight I came home and had my steak, some butter onions, and alas, lettuce salad/ranch with a few croutons AND some glazed pecans with cranberries in the salad. Exogneous Ketones? Has anybody tried them or use to supplement?
Just curious about some ads I have seen for exogenous ketones to take to make you go into ketosis faster? Does it work? Does it make you feel full faster? Any other effects?
