Just curious about some ads I have seen for exogenous ketones to take to make you go into ketosis faster? Does it work? Does it make you feel full faster? Any other effects?

I'm curious about reviews too. My mother is having some health issues that could benefit from higher ketones. She eats low carb but fruit is her comfort food ( like an apple or banana a day), and she is having a stressful time. I'm thinking one if the better tasting ketone salts might fit the bill for her.0

This site has some yummo looking stuff along with the exogenous ketones. There are some reviews on different flavors of the ex ketones there. https://julianbakery.com/0

Paleo Thin® Bread (Seed Medley)(3 Net Carbs)(3 Pack) × 1 $29.99
ProGranola® 12g Protein Cereal Vanilla Cinnamon(2 Net Carbs) (15 Servings) × 1 $13.99
InstaKetones® (Orange)(Caffeine Free)(11.7g BHB)(30 Servings) × 1
Just ordered these 3 things. I am such a bread lover, and although doing "total" carbs now as opposed to net, I feel this will help me not fall off the wagon totally, if I can make it 3 weeks (shipping time). I am loving two good yogurt and think the ProGranola might be a perfect breakfast for me to keep me full.
If I have any great information re: these items, I will post after using them a bit.
Looks like no-one uses exogenous ketones, so I am going to try these also, as I add some exercise into my routine (that means walking at work for me).
I do take Apple cider vinegar capsules, L-Carnitine, and Coconut oil capsules daily now. I know I DO have more energy then when I ate 300+ carbs a day.
Expensive, but I figure worth a try.0 -
I use Perfect Keto exogenous ketones (chocolate flavor) almost daily in my coffee. Just half a scoop and I have found that it really gives me an energy boost, and can help push me back into ketosis if I faltered a bit the day before. I use their collagen powder in my coffee as well and found it has helped my gut, my hair and my nails. I really enjoy Perfect Keto's products. Their keto bars are amazing (although you will find very mixed reviews from others...I think you either love them or hate them...)0
